John & Carol each have strong, caring leadership abilities, with a love and zest for enjoying all life has to offer. Their ministry is widely respected throughout the world and their devotion to serving God has been an influence and encouragement to many people. The vision they have is to continue to expand and challenge the Church to impact the community for the glory of God. Their desire is to see a Church that is passionately committed to raising, training and empowering ordinary people to become all that God intended them to become. They have a passion to see people grow and develop their God-given potential through a Church with a strong focus on family, connecting, passionate worship and continual outreach into their community. They both have a heart for Missions and Humanitarian Projects, which is shown through the churches heavy involvement with organisations such as LeSEA Feed the Hungry, the ACC World Relief and Mercy International; an organization that builds and operates schools and orphanages in Thailand for children and babies affected or infected with HIV/AIDS.
